Job Station: Kathmandu

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field

Period: July 2018 to June 2019 (Renewal)

Remuneration:  As per organization rule and regulation.  

Job description:

  • Maintaining Project Asset up to date and functioning
  • Logistic management for the project activities 
  • Overall account keeping of the project
  • Prepare inventory book, records of asset and other required financial and accounting transactions of the project. 
  • Fulfil all the account related requirements of CS-MAP
  • Prepare monthly SFR and quarterly financial report
  • Act as point of contact with FHI 360/USAID for any account related issues
  • Support on the procurement of office materials/ equipment preparing purchase requisition, collecting quotation and compiling them with adequate documentation 
  • Provide logistical support for arranging hotel, ticket, accommodation and vehicle rental for field travel 
  • Updating the inventory list and maintain the proper recording system 
  • Assist operation team to conduct physical verification of assets
  • Check log book of vehicle and generator and monitor fuel consumption record
  • Support on processing insurance of assets 
  • Ensure confidentiality of all office records
  • Support for any other activities as required 

Minimum Requirement: 

  • Minimum three years of experience in Finance, administrative, HR and procurement roles. 
  • Experience on USAID/FHI360 funded project will be  highly preferred 
  • Knowledge of SFR is assert 
  • Deep knowledge on tax rule of Nepal
  • Knowledge on accounting software (Tally) is mandatory  
  • Experience on working in the development field in Nepal 
  • Excellent time management and excellent interpersonal skills. 
  • Excellent Computer skills on MS office, especially Word and Excel 
  • Good communication skills and strong attention to detail  
  • Should have an ability to work in a team and under pressure.
  • Strong English language communication, written and oral
