Job Description

Brief Roles/Responsibilities

As the member of the management team in the organization, the person will have the following key roles:

  • Financial planning for the organization and projects
  • Preparation of financial reports of the organization and finalize the project reports
  • Monitoring of financial management of the projects and supervise finance staff
  • Ensure logistic management of the organization and projects
  • Oversee assets management of the organization
  • Donor communication related to financial matters
  • Support in Human Resource Management in the organization
  • Provide inputs in the organizational financial and personnel policies
