Skills

Excellent computer skills (including Microsoft Word, Excel & email & Internet) ∙ Ability to work well with team and maintain positive working environment
Good communication skills both in English and Nepali
Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure
Ability to manage and execute multiple tasks as and when required.

Qualifications:

Bachelors’ degree (BBA /BBS) with a minimum of two years of professional experience.

Preferred

Masters’ Degree with 2 Years of professional experience in the Admin and operation field. ∙ Sound understanding of publication market

Response to all incoming calls and emails.
Attend nicely with office visiting clients and guests.
Inform and assist Sales team to receive orders from different buyers.
Maintain stock book.
Prepare quotations for timely submission and communicate with organizations in coordination with Marketing and Warehouse.
Issue book order and follow up warehouse team for packing and delivery. 7. Issue of Invoice and delivery challan and send to concern buyers.
Call follow-up with Transport Company to insure the goods are delivered safely at the place. 9. Maintain proper filing system of all records.
Prepare meeting minutes and circulate to all staff members.
Perform photocopying / printing/ scanning as required.
Supervise in office cleaning, repair and maintenance of equipments.
Understand and prioritize activities/ task within the office system.
Support supervisors in gathering and circulating information.
Assist supervisors as per requirements.
Perform any other tasks assigned.
