Job Description

Newday Real Services, a leading outsourcing company serving Australian clients, is looking for highly motivated and detail-oriented Admin Officers to join our team in Naxal, Kathmandu. This role is essential in providing administrative and human resource support for our international clients, ensuring efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the outsourcing team, handling tasks such as documentation, data entry, email management, and calendar coordination.
  •  Assist with core Human Resource functions including onboarding, employee records management, and communication with Australian clients.
  •  Manage daily email correspondence efficiently, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries and requests.
  •  Maintain accurate records of company documents, contracts, and HR files in both physical and digital formats.
  • Work closely with both local and international teams to streamline operations, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
  • Ensure all data entry tasks are completed accurately and within the required deadlines, demonstrating excellent typing skills.
