Job Description

We are looking for an Admin Officer aged below 30 years to be responsible for below mentioned day-to-day administrative and operational duties and responsibilities as required by the company.

Location: Corporate Office (Inside Valley)
SUPERVISOR / MANAGER: Operation Manager / CEO
Type of Contract: Fixed Term, Extendable
Starting Date: Immediately

Main Duties / Responsibilities :

  • Managing filing system
  • Recording information as needed
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas
  • Performing general office clerical duties
  • Organizing travel by booking transportation, accommodation, and other reservations as required
  • Coordinating events as necessary
  • Maintaining supply inventory and proper recording
  • Maintaining office equipment as needed
  • Arranging logistics and managing it in good function
  • Handling day-to-day banking activities as required
  • Employee training and development initiatives
  • Keep track of employee performance
  • Manage and improve communications
  • Handle conflicts and take disciplinary actions
