Job Summary:

The Admin Officer is the managerial level position and assists the Executive Director for planning, implementing, supervising, monitoring project activities and writing reports and proposals. Similarly he/she is responsible for supporting research and implementation on wildlife, climate change, and water related projects in the existing project areas.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master degree in Social Sc./Development Studies/Management/Environment related subjects with minimum one year experience
  • Good knowledge over report and proposal writing
  • Good knowledge over the community mobilization and dealing with different stakeholders
  • Should have basic knowledge in finance

Roles and Responsibilities of Admin Officer:

  • Intelligence of development partners and proposal development (30% of time)
  • Able to identify and familiar with policies and program of development and research organizations relevant to RHFs working areas
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key development partners

Program management and reporting (20% of time):

  • To assist in the NGO management, Government of Rules and Regulation- Registration renewal
  • (SWC, DCC), Procurement Rules and recruitment
  • Prepare Annual report

Program policy development (15% of time):

  • Agenda of meetings for Governing Board meetings
  • To implement the board decision and follow ups

Information and communications and technology (15% of time):

  • Work closely with RHF team to share information about program/project portfolio, stakeholders and banks
  • Support to communicate program updates to donors and other partners
  • Assist for visibility and branding of organizations
  • Updates on website and social media

Lesson learnt and monitoring/evaluation (20% of time):

  • Coordinate lesson learning from monitoring and evaluation of the RHFs program/ projects and support sharing of good practices
  • Develop and manage monitoring and evaluation techniques and implement in projects
  • Coordinate program/projects staff to ensure key performance indicators are met and program impact is in line with our strategy
