Job Description

  • Preparation of administrative contracts
  • Oversee the contracts related to office, staff housing facilities and other admin-related contracts
  • Preparation of fixed assets register, coding the fixed assets and performing physical verification
  • Record, categorize, and archive all incoming and outgoing official letters for reference and reporting.
  • Coordinate with IT Consultant with regard to the issues related to internet, hardware, software, Laptop, Printers and updating website.
  • Prepare Purchase Request (PR), Purchase Order (PO) and proposals as required.
  • Handle the purchase of office supplies and equipment in compliance with procurement policies.
  • Coordinate and maintain a good relationship with the vendors.
  • Coordinate with vendors and maintain professional relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
