Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Project Name: Rudi Khola A & B HEP (15.4 MW)
Location: Lamjung, Nepal

Your responsibilities include but are ot limited to:

Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers
Preparing reports on expenses, office budgets, and ther expenditures and submit it to Head Office Account Department
Updating office policies and procedures
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
Preparing memos, invoices letters, and other documents
Maintain Monthly Attendance & Leave Record
Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed
Inventory Management
Notify Head Office HR and Accounts Department via email when any employee who was on leave returns and resumes duty at the site
Coordinate and work closely with the Site Incharge to ensure smooth site operations

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Business Studies (BBS)

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a related field

Skills:

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
