  • Experience: 10 years' experience in Administration and Operation professional. At least 3 years in Managerial post in Administration and Operation field.
  • Master's degree in business, management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in senior administrative or operational roles.
  • Knowledge of real estate operations is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical.
  • Able to handle operation, procurement related activity leading to cost saving to company.

Job Description

  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the administrative and operational teams
  • Implement and improve operational processes and systems to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitor and maintain office related inventory
  • Manage office space, leasing, equipment, and maintenance to ensure a safe and functional working environment.
  • Oversee contract negotiation, review, and management for various company agreements, including vendor contracts and service agreements.
  • Oversee the company's operation system management as required
  • Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and practices that align with the company's mission and objectives.
  • Maintain/ensure cleanliness of office.
  • Ensure assets are well recorded/ handled.
  • Proper and timely repair of office assets.
  • Prepare proper rooster of major office frequent requirement. 
  • Manage inventory requirement of both office and sites and maintain records.
