Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Officer to manage daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting office activities, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient office management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Administration: Oversee office supplies, equipment, and general upkeep.
  • Documentation & Records: Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Communication: Handle internal and external communication, including scheduling and correspondence.
  • Support: Assist with HR functions, meetings, and other office-related tasks as needed.
