Job Description

RM Group is seeking an experienced and proactive Admin Officer to manage office operations efficiently and ensure smooth daily workflows. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the team, handling administrative duties, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations and office management.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, managing calendars and schedules.
  • Maintain office supplies, manage inventory, and ensure office equipment is in good working condition.
  • Assist in office budgeting, financial record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Provide support to various departments as needed and assist with HR and procurement tasks.
  • Maintain an organized filing system, both digital and physical.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: MBA (Master's in Business Administration)
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in an administrative or office management role
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Knowledge of office procedures, HR policies, and basic financial management principles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
  • Other office Support work as required.
