Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
  • Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications.

Office Management:

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
  • Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and coordinate repairs.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized office environment.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:

  • Develop and maintain filing systems for both physical and digital records.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and documentation as required.

Team Support:

  • Assist with onboarding new employees and organizing training sessions.
  • Support departments with administrative tasks and special projects.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist Managing Director and Directors for day to day office management and monitoring the activity of different department

Compliance and Policies:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and implement health and safety protocols in the office.
