Job Description

With a commitment to excellence, we strive to deliver top-notch services and solutions to our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Admin Officer to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

1. Legal Expertise:

  • Provide legal support and advice on real estate matters.
  • Handle property-related legal documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.

2. Naksa Pass Related Work:

  • Manage the entire process of obtaining naksa passes (building permits) from relevant authorities.

3. Nirman Sampanna Certificate:

  • Handle the process of acquiring Nirman Sampanna certificates, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
  • Coordinate with local government offices and ensure timely submission of necessary documents.

4. Ownership Transfer:

  • Oversee property ownership transfer processes, including document preparation,submission, and follow-up with relevant authorities.
  • Ensure that all legal requirements are fulfilled and that transfers are completed smoothly.

5. Malpot, Wada, and Napi Related Work:

  • Coordinate with Malpot (Land Revenue Office), Wada offices, and Napi offices for land and property-related tasks.

6. Administrative Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager and other senior staff.
  • Prepare minutes of meetings and ensure they are distributed and filed properly.

7. Other Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in good working order.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related needs.
  • Handle any other administrative tasks as assigned by the Management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in real estate administration, legal documentation, and related areas.
  • Strong understanding of WADA, naksa passes, and property-related legal matters.
  • Fluent Nepali typing skills are a must.
  • Two-wheeler with a valid license is a must.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
