Qualifications and experience

Tertiary qualifications in building design, architecture, Interior design, Business or equivalent;

Tasks and responsibilities

Liaising with clients, consultants and Councils
Ensure all Contract documentation contains all relevant details
A strong work ethic and the ability to work to tight deadlines;
Ensuring all paperwork is documented and maintained
Ensuring we meet and adhere to our contractual obligations, including variations and Extension of times where required.
Exceptional organizational skills and
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Subcontractor management, including compiling the scope of works tender packages, negotiating contract prices and conditions, reviewing contractor quotes and preparing final contract documents.

Desirable

Pre-site drawing amendments to ensure compliance with project requirements
3+ years of experience in engineering, estimating, quantity surveying, or contract administration is desirable.
Sound technical knowledge and understanding of the Building Code of Australia and ResCode is desirable.
