Job Description

Qualifications and experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in building design, architecture, Interior design, Business or equivalent;

    Tasks and responsibilities

    • Liaising with clients, consultants and Councils
    • Ensure all Contract documentation contains all relevant details
    • A strong work ethic and the ability to work to tight deadlines;
    • Ensuring all paperwork is documented and maintained
    • Ensuring we meet and adhere to our contractual obligations, including variations and Extension of times where required.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
    • Subcontractor management, including compiling the scope of works tender packages, negotiating contract prices and conditions, reviewing contractor quotes and preparing final contract documents. 

    Desirable

    • Pre-site drawing amendments to ensure compliance with project requirements
    • 3+ years of experience in engineering, estimating, quantity surveying, or contract administration is desirable.
    • Sound technical knowledge and understanding of the Building Code of Australia and ResCode is desirable.
