Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the school, including facilities management, scheduling, and coordination of events and meetings.
  • Supervise administrative staff and student assistants, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure smooth functioning of office operations.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information as needed.
  • Coordinate academic scheduling, including class timetabling, room assignments, and exam scheduling, in collaboration with academic departments and faculty.
  • Maintain and update school records, databases, and documentation, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
  • Assist in budget planning and financial management, monitoring expenditures, preparing reports, and reconciling accounts to support fiscal responsibility.
  • Oversee procurement processes, including purchasing supplies, equipment, and services, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective procurement practices.
  • Coordinate human resources activities, such as recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and staff development, in collaboration with HR department.
