Job Description

  • Manage office inventory, and place orders for supplies as needed
  • Handle all incoming/outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages)
  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings (scheduling, room bookings, etc.)
  • Act as the main point of contact for phone, email, and visitor inquiries
  • Facilitate effective communication across departments/staff
  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Maintain accurate databases and records
  • Process and organize data/information as required
