Job Description

Provide administrative support to the Director, Principal and Coordinator.
Manage facility maintenance, supplies, and health/safety compliance.
Maintain accurate student records and assist with enrollment.
Assist with budgeting, financial record-keeping, and invoice processing.
Serve as a point of contact for parents, addressing inquiries and facilitating communication.
Coordinate school'sevents and activities.
Ensure compliance with School’s policies, procedures, and regulations.
Maintain databases and spreadsheets for tracking day to day operations.
