Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Responsible for providing complete administrative support to our national and international wings by maintaining and bridging communication relationship between international client and organization.
Maintaining client’s schedules, teaching/training program, booking, accommodation and interview, recruitment & selection drives
Upon the receipt of new demand need to share the same to the training departments
Responsible to maintain Visa received records and to share that further to all the concerns
Ensuring full circle of recruitment, training & deployment process of selected security guards by coordinating with other department
Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
Answer phone calls and redirect them whenever necessary
Keeps the records of all relevant administrative
Maintaining monthly deployment, repatriation and visa expiry report
Ensure that all legal documents related to the office and organization are up-to-date and in order. This may include preparing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, as well as ensuring that they are properly executed and filed.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Must have Bachelor's Degree or above in a related field, such as administration/management
Fluent in English communication (Verbal & Written)
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet
Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field
Proven experience of being able to handle multiple tasks at the same time under pressure
Should have organizational skills
Strong communication skills
