Job Description

  • Responsible for providing complete administrative support to our national and international wings by maintaining and bridging communication relationship between international client and organization.   
  • Maintaining client’s schedules, teaching/training program, booking, accommodation and interview, recruitment & selection drives   
  • Upon the receipt of new demand need to share the same to the training departments
  • Responsible to maintain Visa received records and to share that further to all the concerns
  • Ensuring full circle of recruitment, training & deployment process of selected security guards by coordinating with other department
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
  • Answer phone calls and redirect them whenever necessary
  • Keeps the records of all relevant administrative
  • Maintaining monthly deployment, repatriation and visa expiry report
  • Ensure that all legal documents related to the office and organization are up-to-date and in order. This may include preparing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, as well as ensuring that they are properly executed and filed.
