Job Description

Probation Period- 3 Months

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure day-to-day administrative jobs are carried out in order to facilitate the smooth operations
  • Monitor college utility resources and make sure they are functional at all time
  • Ensure that adequate resources and materials are provided to faculty, admin staff, and students to accomplish teaching and learning activities
  • Timely communication with college management, teaching faculty, admin staff, students, parents, and customers to update them on day-to-day operations
  • Perform other administrative jobs as and when assigned by the college authorities
