Job Description

  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records (e.g. Contracts, PTO and so on)
  • Create and circulate documents about the policies of the company
  • Oversee flights, hotel booking, and accommodation for Pharma Life’s guests
  • Provide and manage sim cards distribution to employees
  • In charge of office logistics
  • Oversee the overall building maintenance and bill payments
  • Receive reports from the support staff and security guard
  • Communicate with vendors with regards to office repair and maintenance
  • Manage the data on Pharma Life Network Pharmacies
  • Maintain proper meeting minutes and initiate required follow up
  • Act as a medium of communication between employees and top management
