Job Description

About the role

As an Admin, you will assist Senior Admin staff and Executive Secretary in HR and Admin-related activities of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Correspondence with the clients. 
  • Receiving documents (demand letter, VISA, declaration letter, etc.) from clients.
  • Circulate emails from clients to the concerned department. 
  • Communicate terms and conditions to the Recruitment Department. 
  • Plan flight in coordination with the flight department.
  • Forward received tickets from clients to deployment.
  • Plan pre-interviews and interviews. 
  • Replace the worker upon cancellation and communicate to the client. 
  • Assist in the overall recruitment process of workers.
