Job Description

  • Complete administrative task with and bridging the policy of school with the team as assigned 
  • Sound knowledge and able to handle attendance software 
  • Prepare monthly attendance summary and other reports 
  • Perform monthly Attendance sheet and maintain supporting documentations for the payroll. 
  • Manage supplies stock and place orders 
  • Maintain and update company databases 
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential documents 
  • Update office policies as needed 
  • Maintain a company calendar and work schedule of employees 
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned 
  • Other Admin related work.
