Job Description

  • Screening of the daily tenders from the newspaper and update for the appropriate tenders.
  • Prepare the tender documents in coordination with the vendors, management and related parties.
  • Meet all the requirements for the tender and submit them on time.
  • Guide, train and motivate the team members
  • Coordinate with the vendor companies for the procurement of the goods
  • Prepare the daily, weekly and monthly reports for the management.
