Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Screening of the daily tenders from the newspaper and update for the appropriate tenders.
Prepare the tender documents in coordination with the vendors, management and related parties.
Meet all the requirements for the tender and submit them on time.
Guide, train and motivate the team members
Coordinate with the vendor companies for the procurement of the goods
Prepare the daily, weekly and monthly reports for the management.
