  • Must have strong commanding and communication skills to be able to manage all the suppliers and admin team.

Job Description

  • Must proactively manage and assure quality of all the logistic services like assets, vehicles, accommodation, catering etc.
  • Must be able to manage One stop service platform and all the services included in it including travel management, IT support and help desk etc.
  • As CPC must be able to strictly manage and reduce all the internal risks involved in administrative business. Assuring no BCG cases.
  • Must be able to think and innovate soft services and ideas to improve and standardize admin business.
  • Overall EHS management of office building to assure no accidents.
  • Office environment, hygiene and 6s management, to maintain office area as new as it is. Shall be able to manage IFM supplier for timely feedback and solve issue related to office resources, IFM manpower management and whole office facility maintenance.
