Roles and responsibilities of this job

To Manage daily operations, implementing policies and regulations, planning the use of materials and human resources
To improve the operational systems, processes in support of organizations mission
Maintaining information flow and business process management.
To maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
To monitor and manage staffs, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties
Closely work in with all department in implementing policies and regulation.

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 5 years

Other Specification

Master's Degree in Management/Business Administration or any other relevant field
Receiving of documents from clients
plan flight in coordination with flight department
plan pre screening of candidates and interviews.
Able to multi task and deliver according to deadlines
Proven record in negotiation & conflict resolution
Should have extensive knowledge of employment laws & practices
Ability to collaborate, influence, negotiate and mediate effectively
Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow management
Ability to build consensus and relationships inside the organization at all levels
