Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Supervise and manage the daily operations of the administrative department
Ensure smooth functioning of office activities, including communication, coordination, and execution of tasks
Lead and motivate administrative staff
Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's effectiveness
Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans
Oversee office facilities and maintenance to ensure a conducive working environment
Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory
