Job Description

  • Should able to plan, hire and on-board new employees, designing compensation and benefits packages, developing new HR policies and updating existing ones, ensuring employees adhere to and comply with HR policies, executing employee annual review procedures, counselling employees as required, organizing events and conferences for employees, supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
