Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Accounts & Finance

Track day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate books
Prepare regular financial reports (cash flow, expense summaries, etc.)
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies
Maintain documentation needed for tax filing and statutory compliance

Audit Support

Prepare records and documentation for internal and external audits
Support audit processes (e.g. rewards program audits, financial audits) with timely, accurate data

Admin Function Management

Manage procurement and sale of bikes (fleet vehicle purchases, disposals, related paperwork)
Manage procurement of office necessities and general admin supplies
Maintain vendor relationships and purchase records for admin-related procurement

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Education: At least a bachelor's degree (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred)
Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in admin, accounts, or finance roles
Working knowledge of bookkeeping/accounting practices and basic compliance requirements
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using accounting/spreadsheet software
