  • Directs, controls, and manages district chapters in their financial and administration activities

Job Description

  • He/she should have comprehensive knowledge on Administration and Finance with 3-5 years of experience as an Officer.Oversee the overall financial and administrative management of the program
  • Maintain complete set of books of account according to the principle of accounting and update it on daily basis. Ensure accuracy of supporting documents
  • Support in project proposal development
  • Prepare and submit periodic financial reports for to the donor organizations
  • Manage annual audit exercise, prepare audit follow-up action plans, and ensure that the action plan is implemented
  • Oversee the financial and administrative management of field office and implementing partners, including internal audit
  • Ensure the compliance of all the provisions of guidelines regarding personnel management, procurement, sub contract and financial management
  • Manage all correspondence related to administration and finance

Offered Salary: Rs. 25,000+Incentive
