Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Maintain day to day administrative work
Maintain Staff Personal absentee and leave record
Supervision of Office Assistant and Support staff
Maintain up-to-date financial records for preview of the Treasurer and Board
Coordinate for Office Bearer Meeting and Executive Board Meetings
To ensure that the Chamber policy, as established by the Board, is properly recorded in minutes.
Maintain Membership records and renewals
Screen application for German Business visa and issue recommendation letter
Facilitate and support to conduct Programs/Workshops/Seminars/Other Programs
Coordinate and linkage with government agencies, German Embassy, FNCCI, NTB, GIZ and relevant organizations in business development services in coordination with the Chief Executive

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Other Specification

Bachelors Degree in Management with 3 years experience in related field
Strong knowledge of Finance and Administration
Program development skill
Dynamic, energetic and self motivated
Good interpersonal skills for working in teams and facilitating in team works
Excellent oral and written command in English language
Proficient in computer skills
