Education Level : Graduate (Masters)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 3 years
Other Specification

  • Master Degree in business administration/study
  • At least Three year of work experience in maintaining account based on software,inventory control, Project Cost Analysis, general procurement, maintain vehicle logbook, VAT/Tax related works with IRO and other official Management Works
  • Should have proven language proficiency both in English and Nepali for report writing and sound computer skills in MS Office (advanced excel, power point and internet) application



Job Description

  • Work closely with the Directors to ensure smooth operation of all Accounting and Financial Works
  • Processing of travel and general procurement related Invoices
  • Preparation of all support documentation for the Monthly Expense report
  • Ensure monthly recurrent expenditure is processed for payment in a timely manner
  • Well familiar with GoN Tax and Audit system
  • JV VAT registration and Execution of JV Project Account
  • Working experience  with large company having yearly Transaction of More than 100 Million
  • Project Cost analysis 
  • Coordination with Inland Revenue office for the Submission of VAT and Tax
  • Book Keeping in Professional Standard system based on software
  • Preparation of  financial report (quarterly, half yearly & annually)
  • Responsible for administrative Record keeping such as inventory recording, leave record, Appointment Contract, Salary sheet Preparation of more than 50 Staffs
  • Maintain Field Visit register and vehicle logbook
  • Procurement and maintenance of office vehicle
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Managing Director and Directors
