Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & Finance Assistant to support our administrative and financial operations. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining administrative records, and ensuring the smooth operation of office logistics. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare vouchers based on the supporting documents.
  • Handle Tax deductions and deposits.
  • Handle banking transactions like cheque/cash deposition & withdrawal.
  • Handle petty cash.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliation.
  • Recording of financial and administrative records as per the organizational policies.
  • Prepare official letters, and documents as needed.
  • Logistic management for meetings, workshops, trainings and other events.
  • Support day-to-day office administrative duties.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
