Job Description


  • Management of Existing Rental properties
  • Reconciliation, keeping records via dedicated rental management software.
  • Liaison and communicate with landlords on a regular basis, proactively solving the issues, maintenance, and complaint handling.
  • Able to reconcile, manage and maintain Company Trust accounts.
  • Effectively, manage, communicate, and solve issues arising for tenants on those managed properties.
  • Be proactive, prepare, negotiate, list, advertise, and open inspection to those properties.


  • Required for Kathmandu (NO WORK FROM HOME)
  • The ability to use a CRM. MS Word, Excel and Outlook and communicate effectively via emails
  • Exceptional phone manner, time management and organizational skills.
  • Need to start working from 4:45 AM
  • Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualification
