Job Description

  • Answering telephone calls, responding to queries, and replying to emails.
  • Preparing expense reports and office budgets.
  • Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
  • Systematically filing important company documents.
  • Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.
  • Scheduling meetings and booking conference rooms.
  • Hiring maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
  • Assisting the HR department with job postings and interviews.

Note:

  • We are looking for a candidate who has some prior experience working on tenders, who is familiar with the tendering process, understands the nuances of responding to RFPs and RFQs, and has the ability to help the organization win business by submitting strong, competitive bids. The ideal candidate should be able to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and communicate effectively with different stakeholders. This is an opportunity for the candidate to grow within the organization as well.
