Have in contact with Customer Service and Co-Ordination accordingly to company
Managing back office activities and office administration
Identify the true nature of problems, and provide accurate and timely responses
Others duties as required

Requirements/Eligibility Criteria:

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Handling clients efectively and prioritizing them effectively
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Experience in software like Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point, Outlook Express
Smart and pleasant personality
