Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Admin Coordinator at IEC School of Art & Fashion will be responsible for overseeing academic programs, ensuring quality education delivery, and coordinating between faculty, students, and administration. The role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership and organizational skills to maintain academic excellence and support institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor academic programs in alignment with IEC’s vision and educational standards.
Coordinate curriculum planning, course scheduling, and faculty assignments.
Supervise and support faculty members to ensure effective teaching methodologies and high-quality academic delivery.
Facilitate faculty meetings, professional development programs, and workshops.
Ensure compliance with academic policies, accreditation standards, and institutional regulations.
Assist in student counseling, academic advising, and resolving academic concerns.
Oversee student assessments, grading systems, and performance evaluations.
Work closely with the administration to enhance academic strategies and overall institutional growth.
Foster an innovative and student-centered learning environment.
Stay updated with industry trends and integrate new methodologies into the academic framework.

Other Specification

Educational Qualification:

Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a recognized university.

Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in academic administration, coordination, or a related field.
Experience in fashion, arts, or design education is a plus.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in academic planning, curriculum development, and faculty coordination.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
