Job Description

  • Initiate and implement best and effective practices in administrative functions
  • General Administrative policy planning and execution
  • Make regular stock and maintain a systematic database of assets in the platform
  • Ensure repair and maintenance of the assets, buildings and OOV office location
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
  • Recording and stock keeping of office supplies and consumables
  • Support in distribution of office supplies and consumables to all Office location
  • Search and Setup for new locations

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelors Degree in related field
  • At least 1 year work experience preferred, Freshers can also apply
  • Should have good verbal and written communication skills
  • Having 2 wheelers is mandatory
