Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers
Preparing reports on expenses, office budgets, other expenditures and submit it to Head Office Account Department
Updating office policies and procedures
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
Preparing memos, invoices letters, and other documents
Accurately recording minutes from meetings
Maintain Monthly Attendance
Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed
