Job Specification

Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than 1 year
Other Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management or equivalent from a recognized university.
  • Experience in related field would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to write reports and use Ms. Office Package.
  • Good verbal and written communication skill.
  • Flexible to travel as and when required.
  • Bike license and own two wheeler vehicle preferred.

Job Description

  • Issue vehicle maintenance related job order.
  • Regular track of insurance and tax clearance of vehicles.
  • Manage fuel supply agreements.
  • Follow up on use and mobilization of vehicle requirement.
  • Monitoring drivers' logbook entries.
  • Ensure proper maintenance, servicing and repair of all office vehicles.
  • Orders, stocks, and distributes office supplies.
  • Assist with planning and scheduling travel arrangements.
  • Assist with filing office paperwork and document storage.
  • Liaising between supervisor and drivers, as well as collaborating with other departments to utilize transportation service.
  • Assist Admin Department on related issues.
