The main task of Admin Assistance (AA) is to work under the guidance and supervision of the AHRS. The AA will perform office works for day to day smooth operations of LRBSU office.
Qualifications and Experience
The Administration Assistant should have SLC with 5 Years’ Experience or Intermediate with 3 years’ experience, having good written and spoken English and worked more than 1 years with INGOs or international development sector.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
The AA will be responsible for the following tasks, but not limited to;
Oversee the cleaning and tidying office space, toilets and surrounding periphery
Maintaining a neat and presentable reception/waiting area and dealing with visitors
Binding, photocopy, scanning and fax
Support Reception duty during lunch hour and as and when required
Assist in arranging stores and office premises
Support AHRO to send the medical claims of staff and their families to the insurance company and distribute the claims accordingly.
Support AHRO on monthly attendance sheet of staff.
Support AHRO for medical cheque deposit and filling relevant documents
Ensure for maintaining sufficient stock of cleaning materials and tea/coffee
Maintain daily utilities stock and arrange purchase order
Updating of intercom list and telephone list of LRBP staff
Support AHRO on monthly attendance sheet of LRBP staff and short-term consultants.
Support AHRO preparing Staff ID Cards, SDC Field ID Card and SDC Entry Pass and keeping record of it.
Receiving of courier and deliver to LRBSU administration
Management of circulation files, regularly checking in and out trays
