  • Must be adaptable, persuasive, self-motivated and goal driven

Job Description

  • Responsible for handling Technical costing, Scrap management, Local factory administrative affairs, Material handling, and Factory logistic management
  • Able to design effective tools for cost and overhead minimization
  • Supervises the factory operations, factory overhead analysis, maintenance, and supply chain of the whole factory and takes on the responsibility of productivity, of compliance to the sales plan as well as of the implementation of the development plans
  • In cooperation with the Sales Manager, he is in charge to prepare and submit the annual production plan
  • Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies and procedures
  • Establish and direct plant policies and procedures
  • Responsible for plant production goals 
  • Foster a well-trained and motivated staff
  • Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of purchasing, production, and shipping
  • Responsible for establishing all shift production schedules
  • Select and train plant supervisory and administrative staff
  • Conduct employee performance reviews
  • Schedule and conduct plant meetings
