Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced HR and Admin Officer/Manager to oversee the company’s human resource and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing talent acquisition, ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a productive work environment. The successful candidate will report directly to the CFO/CEO and be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the HR and Administration department to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies, employee benefits, and organizational development strategies.
  • Managing recruitment, training, and employee retention strategies to build a strong workforce.
  • Ensuring compliance with Nepalese labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
  • Overseeing payroll processing, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Managing office administration, including facilities, procurement, and operational efficiency.
  • Handling conflict resolution, employee grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Coordinating with senior management to develop and execute workforce planning strategies.
