Job Description

Duration of Contract:  Initially for one year, renewable

Major Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Regular financial transactions and book keeping, voucher raising, preparing periodic financial reports in coordination with the program team members
  • Responsible for addressing day to day financial issues, preparing periodic budget forecast, expenditure analysis and preparing periodic reports as per the requirement of the project
  • Responsible for the monitoring of financial transactions, budget vs expenses of CAED and its partner organizations
  • Guide the project team about the financial regulations of the government, including tax and audit regulations, online banking etc.  
  • Petty cash handling
  • Ensure timely update of inventory records
  • Ensure proper use of office assets/equipment, vehicles, motorcycles etc. 
  • Ensure maintaining log book of motorcycles and vehicles, ensuring proper servicing, timely renewal of insurance policy and road tax etc.
  • Logistic arrangements (ticketing/vehicle hiring, hotel booking, training/workshop venue booking etc.) as per the need of the organization.
