Job Description

Start date: 1 Jan 2022 

Report to: Admin and Finance Coordinator

Primary Roles and responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Assists management in day-to-day accounting operations by providing financial and administrative support.
  • Visit land revenue office for cooperative activities together with the client. Keep the record as per the loan rules of the cooperative and Government requirements.
  • Comply, check and sort documents, such as invoices, saving records, document vouchers while keeping financial cooperative records.
  • Keep all cooperative financial transaction accurately with all fact and real supporting document and maintain all transaction records in software.
  • Bank related work like withdrawal, deposit, and collect statement as per the need. Make bank and cash reconciliation in monthly basis.
  • Contact regularly cooperative members regarding due loan and regular saving.
  • Follow up visits to the Cooperative Department and Revenue Government office as necessary.
  • Support in renewing the Cooperative annually.
  • Maintain and keep the proper record filing of clearing taxes to government on time.
  • Prepare and assist Admin and Finance Coordinator in making audit report on time.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
  • Visit Clients house for loan payments.  
  •  Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities at office. 
  • Organize and supervise social and development activities if needed.
  • Ensure admin related activities like utilities bills are paid on time.
  • Cooperative related Job assigned by the Executive Director
