Main Duties & Responsibilities 

• Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
• Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Maintains and balances accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit different finance related MIS
• Keeping proper accounts of all the financial transaction of the company
• Ensure proper supporting documents for expense verification.
• Liaison with banks
• Any other finance related works assigned by the senior management.
• Processing, verifying, and posting receipts and Payments
• Ensuring the accuracy of financial documents, as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulations 
• Preparing and maintaining important financial reports 
• Preparing tax returns and ensuring that taxes are paid properly and on time 
• Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments 
• Submit tax forms and file VAT & TDS on time
• Identify and address discrepancies 
• Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable 
• Performing overall administration work
• Perform any other duties as directed by the Finance Head
