Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Admin and Account Officer at Integrated Services. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the real estate, property management, rental, or hiring industry. The candidate must possess a bachelor's degree and strong multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks such as document handling, filing, and data entry
  • Maintain and update records of clients and properties
  • Prepare contracts, lease agreements, and other legal documents
  • Handle billing and invoicing for rentals and other services
  • Communicate with tenants and property owners to address any concerns or issues
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs
  • Conduct market research to determine rental rates and market trends
  • Assist in marketing and advertising efforts for rental properties
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Prepare financial reports and budgets for properties
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
  • Follow up on payments and collections from clients
  • Any other administrative duties as assigned by the management
