Job Description

Assist Finance Manager to execute payments of all expenses within approved budgets
Create vouchers (Journal Vouchers, Purchase Vouchers and Receipt Vouchers)
Make software entry of all vouchers (Journal Vouchers, Purchase Vouchers and Receipt Vouchers) and Sales Bills
Interact with Banks for cash withdraws, cash deposits, fund transfer, preparing demand draft, opening L/C, etc.
Calculation of TDS and preparing bank voucher
Co-ordinate with customers for receiving required TDS Receivables documents
Salary sheet preparation
