Roles and responsibilities of this job

We’re seeking part of a proactive and skilled team for the Accounts Officer role to contribute effectively to both core accounting functions and strategic financial responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Recording the bank payments, receipts, commission, charges, fees, and other transactions in Tally
Prepare bank reconciliations periodically
Preparation and reporting of outstanding loans and limits
Handle VAT, E-TDS, TDS, and Audit documentation in compliance with prevailing Income Tax Laws
Support the CFO and seniors with financial analysis, Joint Venture accounting in Tally, and other reporting

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's Degree in Business/Accounting, Finance, Economics, or ACCA Strategic Professional Level
Minimum 2 years of experience in a well-reputed firm in the related field
Strong proficiency in Tally
Advanced skills in MS Excel
Strong time management and organizational skills
Confident, tactful, and skilled in handling challenging situations
