Job Description

  • Preparing invoices, handling the company's accounts, taking care of refunds, and sending client billings
  •  Evaluating financial records, preparing budgets, tracking profits and expenditures, and preparing report
  • Handling accounts payable and receivable.
  • Resolving accounts to the general ledger.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations through analyzing receipts and disbursements, verifying accuracy, and researching and resolving any reconciling factors.
  • Compile and analyze financial data used to prepare entries to general ledger accounts, document business transactions, and complete reconciliations.
  • Assess internal management procedures, suggest process improvements, and assist in financial statement preparation
